AFWA Des Moines Chapter meets at various restaurants in the Metro on the third Tuesday of the month. Join us for networking, lunch and CPE programs. Members and guests can RSVP online with the form below.

Board meetings are open to the membership and are typically held the Friday before our membership meetings.  If you are planning to attend and would like to order lunch, please contact us at  Someone from the board will contact you with details.

Location: Sam and Gabe's, 8631 Hickman Rd, Urbandale
Cost: $15 for members and guests (Payment in the form of cash or check will be due at the event) This is the correct amount. The invite that was sent out had $25 for returning guests in error. 
Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm

It’s time again for our annual scholarship fundraiser! With your continued support, AFWA is proud to be able to award deserving women studying accounting or finance with scholarships again this year. Please join us in supporting our future fellow women accounting and financial leaders! We have found the basket auction to be a fun and effective way to raise dollars for this great award, so we will continue it again this year. Basket donations can be any size and contain anything you think someone might enjoy. We recommend a value of $5-$100, and they do not have to literally come in a basket. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate the season, talk, play a few games and raise money for the scholarship fund! We look forward to seeing you there!
