October - Networking Meeting with Ames October 21st 5:30 - 7:30 pm; Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad, 225 10th St, Boone. To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Ames Chapter! Ames is having a Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad Dinner. The train leaves Boone at 5:30 and gets back at 7:30. Dinner is formal and will probably be around $50 per person. This will be a non-CPE event and significant others are more than welcome to join! More details to come!!  

June CPE Meeting

Location: Wakonda Country Club, 3915 Fleur Drive, Des Moines
Cost: $15 Members, $20 Non-Members, $10 First Time Guests (Payment in the form of cash or check will be due at the event)
Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Sheila Kinman, CAP®, Chief Advancement Officer for the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines will discuss the Endow Iowa Tax Credit program. She will provide a review of the program, explain how it works for Iowa taxpayers and provide some sample gift illustrationsThis meeting will provide valuable information and is for one-hour of CPE.
